## Shipping Policy *Last updated: 7 May 2026* This policy explains how Luxvane (operated by Infinity group ecom LLC, a Wyoming LLC) ships orders to customers in the United Kingdom. ### Where we ship Luxvane ships to all addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). We currently do not ship to addresses outside the UK. ### Free UK shipping We offer **free standard UK shipping** on all orders. Any reference on the Site to "Free Shipping on Orders £49+" applies to discounted bundle thresholds; standard orders qualify for free shipping regardless of order value during current promotions. ### Processing time Orders placed before 14:00 GMT Monday–Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT or on weekends/UK bank holidays are processed the next business day. ### Transit time Standard UK delivery takes **7 to 14 business days** from the date of dispatch. Larger items (chandeliers, ceiling fans) may take an additional 2–3 days due to handling. ### Origin of shipment Most products in our catalogue are shipped from overseas fulfilment partners. Any applicable import VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees are shown at checkout where collected by Luxvane or collected by the carrier on delivery. ### UK Import VAT & Customs Prices are displayed in GBP.
