## Refund & Returns Policy *Last updated: 7 May 2026* Luxvane (operated by Infinity group ecom LLC, a Wyoming LLC) wants you satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your statutory and contractual rights as a UK consumer. ### Your statutory cooling-off right (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within **14 calendar days** of the day you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, send us a clear cancellation notice by email to support@luxvane.co.uk before the 14-day period expires. ### Return Window Beyond the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, we offer an extended **30-day return window** from the date you receive your order, for items in unused, original-packaging condition. ### Eligibility for return To be eligible for a return, the item must be: - Unused and in the same condition you received it - In its original packaging with all parts, fittings, manuals, and accessories - Free of damage caused after delivery Custom-made, personalised, or final-sale items are not eligible for return except in the case of defect. ### How to start a return 1. Email **support@luxvane.co.uk** or call **+12014587537** with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. 2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return shipping instructions and the return address. 3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship using the carrier we specify or one of your choice. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. 4. Once the returned item is received and inspected at our fulfilment partner, we will process your refund within **5–7 business days**. ### Return address Unless Luxvane provides a different return authorization address for a specific item, returns should be sent to: Infinity group ecom LLC / Luxvane Returns 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 19143 Sheridan, WY 82801 United States Please contact support@luxvane.co.uk before shipping any return so the return authorization can be confirmed by email and include your order details. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. ### Refund method Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Bank or card-issuer processing time may add 3–10 business days after we issue the refund. ### Defective or damaged items If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact support@luxvane.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
